I would say quit and reinvent yourself but it’s not likely a good time. Sometimes the best way to cope is to ignore all of the nonsense, we generally know the difference between right and wrong once we’ve got a little age and experience under our belts, just do that, then smile and nod when the boss and sometimes other teachers try to push or say something else. You are strong because you made it this far, however; you should start quietly prepping for a new path doing something else that you love. Give yourself a couple of years to learn about the requirements, set a game plan, and start doing it on the side, while backing off on extra work where you are, just meet the deadlines, smile and nod, you can pull off another couple of years for transition time, and if you want it, make it part of your weekly schedule.
