Where I work, nobody is legally entitled to any personnel records, so I assume it is the same where you work. Let me take a guess at your situation… you tried to discipline these children, or gave them a grade their parents did not agree with, so now they are attacking you. Do you have a legal plan as part of your benefits package? I would definitely contact someone. I’m not sure if you can get a cease and desist letter, or something similar to stop the harassment. It’s definitely a hostile work environment that you should not be forced to endure.
