One of those meetings that could have been an email…to let us know the rumors about going to virtual or hybrid again are not true. Also, no subs…that’s ok. They’ve been pulling aides and will need to start pulling coteachers to cover. They may need us to give up our planning time but we will be compensated…$25. Our planning time is sacred. I don’t mind helping out my colleagues at all. What I find insulting is the $25 compensation. Is that what we are worth? Where is the compensation for the ridiculous meetings and loss of planning or taking time after school for unnecessary meetings?
